Annual General Assembly Meeting of Arian Mah Taab Gostar Company was Held
The Annual General Assembly Meeting of Arian Mah Taab Gostar company was held at 11 AM on Sunday, July 15, 2018 in Siahpoush wind farm, with the participation of 100% of the shareholders, members of the board, auditors and legal inspector, deputies and managers.
The members first visited the Siahpoush 61.2 MW wind farm. Then the meeting began and the members approves the financial statements, select the auditor and the legal inspector, select the newspaper for the legal ads, select the board members for new two-years course and dividend. The meeting ended at 02:00 PM.
