Forestation Project Around the Rudshur Power Plant Started

The first phase of the forestation project around the Rudshur power plant was started for about 7 hectares with the participation of officials and authorities of the Governorate, Imams, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Ministry of Natural Resources of Markazi Province.
In this ceremony, which was held on the occasion of the tree planting day, Mr. Mahmoud Reza Farsi, Rudshur power plant manager spoke briefly, then the Director General of Natural Resources of the province, Mr. Yousef Yousefi, talked about the role and position of the green space.
Subsequently, Dr. Zand Vakili, deputy director of the provincial governorate of the province, spoke in a statement about the causes and impacts of desertification and vegetation cover. In the end, the invitees went to the project site and seedlings were planted by them.
It is worth noting that the project involves the creation of a 100-hectare forest and a belt in three sides of the Rudshur power plant.
