Third Kahnouj Without Plastic Campaign Held
On the road to #Kahnouj_without_plastic, the third Honorable Sweepers program was launched on 2019 September 18.
The program invited citizens, officials, artists and companies to wear sweepers uniform and clean up between Hyderabad Khasili intersection and Shobad Square. The project was organized with the participation of 70 citizens of Kahnouj and the identified route was completely cleared of garbage, mainly plastic wastes.
Participants in the program includes sports teams, Shobad power plant’s staff, municipal’s staff, Kahnouj Titanium company’s staff, Dehkahan village’s residents and the Kalmarz Wildlife Support NGO. The Honorable Sweepers Program is one of the #Kahnouj_without_plastic campaign’s project that is being organized by the MahTaab Sazan Iranian Charity Foundation.
