MahTaab Economic Development Group Obtains Financial Institution Registration License from the Securities and Exchange Organization

The construction contract for a 12 MW solar power plant in Sarakhs has been formally assigned to MahTaab Dena Company under a power sales agreement on the Iran Energy Exchange’s Green Energy Board. The project is located in Razavi Khorasan Province and aims to develop clean electricity generation and increase the share of renewable energy in the country’s energy mix.

Under this contract, MahTaab Dena is responsible for the full implementation of the project, including design, equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning of the power plant. The project financing will be provided through mechanisms defined in the Green Energy Board of the Energy Exchange.

The issuance of this contract represents an important step toward expanding investment in renewable energy, optimizing electricity generation, and making effective use of national capacities.
