The Story of Wind on World Olive Day

On the occasion of World Olive Day (26 November), which is observed annually to promote peace, sustainability, biodiversity conservation, and appreciation of the agricultural and economic value of the olive tree, a ceremony was held in cooperation with Arin MahBaad Company and the Nazari Business Group (owner of the adjacent olive farms) at the Siahpoush Wind Power Plant Energy Park.

The program took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with the presence of members of the board of directors of the Nazari Group, managers of subsidiary companies, executives from related industries, as well as the heads of the Agriculture Jihad Department and the Environmental Protection Department of Qazvin County.

The ceremony included various segments such as speeches by distinguished guests, visits to olive orchards, an olive oil extraction facility, and a tour of the energy park. The event not only commemorated this international day but also highlighted the importance of the connection between sustainable agriculture and the development of renewable energy.
