Annual General Assembly Meeting of MahTaab Kahnouj Company was Held

The Annual General Meeting of MahTaab Kahnouj Power Generation Company (Public Joint Stock Company) was held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, with the presence of 76.78% of the company’s shareholders, chaired by Mr. Mallaki. The following decisions were made during this meeting.

• The financial statements for the year ending January 19, 2020 were approved.
• All transactions subject to Article 129 of the Amendment to the Commercial Code made in the fiscal year ending January 19, 2020 were approved.
• “Hesab Gostar Pouya” Auditing Institute was selected as the main auditor and auditor and “Saleh Andishan” Auditing Institute was selected as an alternate auditor for the fiscal year ending January 20, 2020 Appeared.
• “Ettela’at” newspaper was selected as the most widely circulated newspaper for inserting company advertisements in the fiscal year 2019.
• The right of non-executive members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2019 in the case of holding at least one meeting per month, in the amount of 17 million rials per month was determined as gross.
• The main members of the board of directors of MahTaab Kahnouj Power Generation Company (public company) were elected for a new 2-year term.
