Annual General Assembly Meeting of Arian MahTaab Gostar Company was Held
The Annual General Assembly Meeting of Arian Mah Taab Gostar company was held at 10 AM on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 in Caspian Power Plant, with the participation of 100% of the shareholders, members of the board, auditors and legal inspector, deputies and managers.
The members first visited the Caspian Power Plant. Then the meeting began and the members approves the financial statements, select the auditor and the legal inspector, select the newspaper for the legal ads, and dividend. The meeting ended at 02:00 PM.
